There are a lot of new faces around here, so I thought it would be fun for you all to get to know me a little bit better! Here are 20 things that you might not know about me:
-Bryce and I met in high school in 2006 and went to prom in a group together, but with different people.
-I could eat cereal for every meal.
-I cannot stand even the smell of whiskey, let alone the taste. YUCK!
-I worked in the dental field for 5 years and I love getting my teeth cleaned!
-When I was pregnant with Aspen I was VERY sick and diagnosed with “hyperemesis gravidarum” (which means “excessive vomiting during pregnancy”). Sooo, I am terrified to be pregnant again AND be chasing a toddler.
-We are not ready for baby #2 yet! Probably in about a year or so, once we get our home completed.
-I was a state champion volleyball player in high school.
-I absolutely love pretty mugs and glassware!
-We have two dogs: A yorkie-maltese mix, Loki, and a chihuahua-pomeranian mix, Bella. Both have flown on airplanes multiple times.
-Football season is my favorite! I grew up in a big football loving family. My biological Dad played for the New England Patriots and my Grandpa was a referee in the NFL for many years. My brother also played college football for University of Montana, and Bryce played for our rivals, Montana State. It’s safe to say we are a divided house during football season. 😉
-My favorite colors are emerald green and white.
-I would choose dark chocolate over candy any day.
-My very first car was a white Jeep Liberty and I now drive a white Jeep again, but a Limited Grand Cherokee and I LOVE it.
-I totally knew Aspen was a girl before I was even 100% sure I was pregnant.
-Home interior design is my favorite and I love helping my friends and family with their homes.
-I didn’t like pancakes until I was pregnant and now still love them.
-My mom is my hero and a total badass who was a single mom for 8 years with two kids 15 months apart (my brother and I). She’s also my best friend in the world!
-Organizing makes my heart very happy and I absolutely LOVE a clean house… which with a toddler has become quite a challenge!
-I was born in Utah and lived there until I was 8 and moved to Montana. Most all of my family is still there and we visit often.
-I have a bachelors degree in Human Physiology from University of South Carolina !
